Note: No sensitive information is collected by us. Payment data is processed by the Shopify platform, to which we do not have access.

• Creating your account on our platform.
• The payment process.

In addition, we use the Axeptio plugin (integrated into Shopify) to allow you to select the purposes for which you wish to share your information (targeted advertising, statistics, etc.) and for the management of cookies and trackers. You can manage your preferences directly via this device.

4. Use of Personal Information

The personal information collected is used for the purpose of:

• Target our advertising and improve the customer experience on our website.
• To produce internal statistics in order to optimize our services.
• Transmit certain information (name, first name, address) to our suppliers and business partners, in particular for processing and sending orders.

The User has the possibility to select the desired uses when collecting his information.

5. Sharing and Transfer of Information

• Sharing with third parties:
  Personal information, such as name, first name and postal address, may be communicated to our suppliers and business partners in order to ensure the execution of orders.
• Transfer abroad:
  Although some of our partners are located outside Quebec, no transfer of personal data takes place outside Canada.

   As soon as an incident is suspected, the Privacy Officer (Marie) must be informed immediately.
2. Incident Assessment:
   A rapid analysis is conducted to assess the extent of the breach, identify affected data, and determine the level of risk to affected individuals.
3. Restraint and Correction:
   Immediate steps are taken to isolate the incident and prevent any escalation. Corrective actions are implemented to secure access to the data.
4. Notification of Affected Parties:
   If the incident poses a high risk of harm to people, we will inform the relevant authorities and affected users as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of Law 25.
5. Documentation and Improvement:
   All incidents and actions taken will be documented in order to put in place preventive measures and improve our security systems.
