Returns and Refunds
At Picolabo , we are committed to providing quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. However, if you need to make a return, please be aware of the following conditions.
1. Products eligible for returns
Only non-personalized products that can be restocked are eligible for returns and refunds. Personalized items are not refundable or exchangeable.
2. Return period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
3. Return conditions
- The product must be in its original condition , with no signs of use or damage.
- Returns are not accepted due to customer error (e.g. wrong photo uploaded, mistake in personalized text, wrong product selected). Orders cannot be modified once validated.
4. How to make a return?
- Contact us in advance by email at info@picolabo.ca or by phone at 819-805-9021 to obtain a return authorization.
- Prepare your package , taking care to protect the product well:
- Send your package to the address that will be provided to you after validation of your return.
⚠️ Return costs are the responsibility of the customer if the error is on their part (e.g. wrong product ordered). If the return is accepted but we have not been contacted beforehand, no refund will be made .
5. Refunds
- Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 business days .
- The refund is made via the initial payment method .
- If you want an exchange, this is only possible in the event of an error on our part .
6. Defective or damaged products
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a printing defect, we will cover the replacement at our expense.
- Contact us with photo evidence of the defect or damage.
- We will ask you to completely destroy the product and send a photo as proof before shipping a replacement.
